SHIPPING + RETURNS
For small items our standard service (Royal Mail) will attempt delivery twice and will leave a calling card if no one is home to sign for the delivery. You will receive a signed for service. You can contact them directly using the details on the calling card. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable. Royal Mail will often try a neighbour or your parcel may be taken to a local Post Office or depot.
LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS
Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items will be calculated at checkout. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Man & regions outside of the UK may require a bespoke delivery charge. This will be calculated automatically after you have input your delivery address when placing an order.
COLLECTIONS
Unfortunately we are not offering a ‘Click and Collect’ service at this time.
RETURNS
At Decadently Divine we want you to be delighted every time you shop, but if for some reason, you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, then you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a refund (excluding delivery fees). Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Decadently Divine being unable to refund you.
We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Refunds generally appear on your statement with 5 – 10 business days. Once we receive your merchandise and confirm it is in showroom condition with original packaging and tags, we will issue your refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty please contact our friendly mail order team by email at info@decadentlydivine.com . In the case of a faulty item, please DO NOT attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a 3rd party as this will affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement. We can only replace faulty items with the same item.
